Supply Chain

Market Research

We help customers to tailor bespoke requirements and system specifications that fulfil end user needs and expectations in the field of automotive infotainment. Working closely with customer product management and engineering teams we support the product concept development process by:

  • Market pricing
  • Competitor analysis
  • Technology trends
  • How in-car entertainment is used
  • What systems features and functionality end-users value.

Our in-house product and industrial design capability ensures that all projects are closely managed from initial concept generation to proposal through to development and into production.

We generate multi media solutions from sketches to photo quality renderings or videos so that ideas, concepts and proposals can be clearly understood and communicated to supply partners and customers alike. This reduces the need for costly and time-consuming physical prototypes while ensuring all stakeholders have a clear vision of production intent aesthetics, finish, functionality and kinematics. Customers benefit because project costs and timescales can be minimised.

Supply Chain & Strategic Partners

Our extensive network of reliable suppliers provides high quality support allowing us to secure fast and efficient routes to market. Our strategic partnerships, built over the last 10 years, include quality-regulated relationships with TS16949 compliant companies based in Europe and the Far East.

Our long-standing Far East partnerships mean customers benefit from a high value, low cost and technology driven supply chain expertly managed throughout the product life cycle by Centurion.

We use our internal MRP system to control and manage long lead time components and assemblies in the most cost effective way possible. We have a subcontracting arrangement with a global Quality Assurance organisation so we can provide extra support for our suppliers. Our own engineering capabilities are enhanced by a number of strategic partners who are also experienced automotive suppliers.
