Through the adoption of a continuous improvement culture, strategic planning, focused employee training and the use of Quality tools (such as DFMEA, PFMEA, SPC and Control Plans) we design and develop products and systems which meet, or exceed, both customer and legal requirements.

In addition to the Quality and robustness of our products and systems certified to ISO9001:2015, we also have a strong socio-economic ethos. We aim to achieve environmental best practice throughout our operations wherever possible to ensure we do not adversely affect the environment at any stage of production.

We have established, and maintain, effective systems to understand and monitor our impact on the local and global environment. By choosing approved, recyclable, materials we can design in components, systems, packaging and processes that minimise the impact to the local and worldwide environment whilst also meeting current legal requirements.  As we continue to drive for excellence, our certification to ISO14001:2015 supports this commitment to the Environment

We take our Quality and Environmental focus as a key deliverable, but we do not forget our customers’ and partners’ needs.  We recognise the importance of providing our customers, and supply partners, with documents, components, products, or systems in a timely manner.  To facilitate this, we utilise tools such as Advance Quality Planning (AQP), Gantt Charts, and Phase reviews to identify high focus deliverables for the design and development phases of new projects.

In our production environment we make use of Microsoft’s Business Central 365™ ERP system enabling us to effectively plan our customers’ orders from receipt through to dispatch.

By utilising Customer’s forecast and firm production data we are able to link our purchase planning with production capacity and onto dispatching the right quantity at the right time, every time.
